	Advised Assets Group, LLC, a federally registered investment adviser, provides investment advisory tools and services to plan sponsors and participants.
	FASCore, LLC, a recordkeeper, provides private-label services to financial institutions including banks, brokerage firms, insurers and mutual fund companies. The open architecture of FASCore’s real-time proprietary system gives it the flexibility to serve plans ranging in size from micro to jumbo across multiple industry segments.
	GWFS Equities, Inc., a registered broker/dealer, provides brokerage services.
	Great-West Funds, Inc.1, an open-end management investment company, offers 54 investment portfolios encompassing active and passive strategies, target date and target risk asset allocation funds, and guaranteed income products. Another subsidiary, Great-West Capital Management, LLC, doing business as Maxim Capital Management, serves as Maxim Series Fund's investment adviser.
	Great-West Trust Company, LLC2, a Colorado state-chartered trust company, provides trustee and custodial services to retirement plans.
